As of February 7, 2019, when the Nebraska Secretary of State Robert Evnen signed the Certificate of Organization, Spiderwebz Design LLC is officially a business in Nebraska.
The rest of the paperwork has been filed and sent and the announcement should be popping up in the newspaper any day now.
This day has been coming for a while and came sooner than I had planned, but I am confident things will go well.
